I have been practicing Social Work for 54 years on 10/31/2022 having started on 10/31/1968 at Kings Park State Hospital. I am 77 years old. I love my profession and have appreciated it more and more every year I have practiced it. This blog is written primarily for Social Workers and other Human Service Professionals and it may be of some interest to the general public as well.
